About the Program

Our program is still quite small. We currently own four females and one male for breeding purposes.

We predominantly breed Border Collies, but have had a litter of Double Doodles in the past and are hoping for our first Spoodle litter in early 2025.

While we love having puppies around and seeing families welcome them into their families, ultimately our program focuses on the wellbeing of our dogs before it does the breeding of them.

We are members of the Responsible Pet Breeders Association. Therefore when breeding we adhere to a specific code of ethics, which you can read about here

All our breeding dogs are completely health tested before being bred. We do DNA testing, hip scores and elbow scores. We also take into account things such as dental history, and other things which can be passed down to offspring. If a dog planned for our program fails any one of it's health tests, it will be desexed and not bred.

All our puppies are brought up in a loving family environment. They are introduced to other animals from an early age, as well as socialised around different sounds, smells and environments.

Our puppies are raised on Lyka Dog Food and sent home with sample packs for you to start them off with. Nutrition is the foundation of all aspects of health for puppies as they grow and develop. All our puppies are fed Lyka Pet Food as soon as they’re weaned from their mothers. Lyka meals are freshly prepared, lightly cooked and made with high quality, human-grade ingredients. These meals are nutritionally balanced and vet-formulated, so we know we’re giving them the best possible start. With Lyka, puppies are supported through each growth stage — into adulthood and beyond! We recommend all our puppy parents continue to feed Lyka to give their dogs the best chance at a long, healthy life. In addition to this, if you use our link lyka.com.au/join/PAWSB20  you can get 30% off your first box of Lyka (this applies to anyone, not just people buying a puppy)

Puppies will also go home with 30 days of free pet insurance through Knose Pet Insurance. We do all the hard work for you so that it automatically makes the transfer into your name once the 30 days runs out.

We also include a little training guide in our puppy packs to help you get started with the training process. I highly recommend finding and enrolling your puppy in a good puppy school.

Our puppies do not leave until they are at least 8 weeks of age, at this point they will have:

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about our program or our puppies. Otherwise feel free to check out the puppies we have available currently, or some more specific information about each of the dogs in our program.
